dolma President, Ashley Logsdon, speaks to Pre-Business students at Sewanee: The University of the South about her decision to become an entrepreneur soon after college graduation.

An excerpt from Ashley’s talk:

“There are four key messages I’d like to leave with any students tonight who are thinking about starting a business of their own: 1. Recognize opportunity; 2. Know your weaknesses and admit them; 3. Seek help of those willing and able to help you; 4. Always be willing to make changes.”
